Preparing for Your Appointment

We request that all patients arrive 15 minutes prior to their scheduled appointment time. Please plan for your initial consultation to last between 1 and 2 hours (an average of 90 minutes). Our surgeon firmly believes that establishing clear, transparent communication before any procedure is paramount.

To maximize the value of our time together, we encourage patients to:

  • Bring photographs from earlier years: Pictures from 10 to 20 years ago (ideally with a relaxed, unsmiling face) serve as an invaluable baseline for evaluating your personal pattern of facial aging.
  • Arrive with a clean face: Please attend your appointment without makeup or with minimal product so our team can accurately evaluate your skin quality, texture, and natural volume distribution.
  • Bring a support person: We welcome you to bring a trusted family member or friend who will assist you during your postoperative recovery period.

"The initial consultation represents the foundation of a relationship built on trust."

The Second Consultation

Once you decide to move forward, a second consultation is scheduled to review your preoperative lab results, re-examine your facial anatomy, review the proposed surgical plan step-by-step, and finalize details. At this stage, your surgical date can be officially reserved and confirmed.

Please keep in mind that mandatory lead times apply before surgery can take place. If you have a specific date requirement (due to travel, work, or social commitments), we recommend contacting us as early as possible. Booking lead times vary depending on the season, procedure complexity, and necessary preoperative preparations.

All surgical procedures are conducted in fully accredited hospital facilities in Mérida, Yucatán, Mexico.

Upon confirming your surgery date, you will receive comprehensive preoperative guidelines and postoperative recovery protocols. Additional consultation time can always be scheduled if further clarification is needed.
